Five Trees Co., Ltd. (hereafter, "Five Trees") has established the personal data protection policies stated below and has constructed a framework for personal data protection. Five Trees promotes the protection of personal data by ensuring that all its employees recognize the importance of personal data protection and act accordingly.

Management of Personal Data In order to preserve its customers' personal data in its most accurate and updated form and to prevent it from being accessed illegally or lost, destroyed, falsified or leaked, Five Trees enforces security measures and strictly manages personal data via measures including but not limited to taking all necessary measures to maintain its security system, establishing a management system, and thoroughly training its employees.

Purpose of Use of Personal Data Five Trees uses its customers' personal data in order to contact customers, to inform them of business operations and to respond to questions, whether by email or regular mail.

Prohibition Against Revealing or Offering Personal Data to Third Parties Five Trees appropriately manages the personal data entrusted to it by its customers and only reveals such data to third parties under the following conditions.
When the customer has consented
When a service the customer desires is consigned by Five Trees to an outside vendor
When Five Trees is compelled by law to reveal it

Security Measures for Personal Data Five Trees takes all measures to assure the accuracy and security of personal data.

Client Review おFive Trees complies with client requests to review, amend, delete or otherwise change personal data, provided the client has offered proof of identity.

Compliance with and Review of Laws and Regulations Five Trees complies with Japanese law and other regulations pertaining to the personal data it possesses, and duly reviews and improves the content of its policies.
